How do I cancel or change my plan?
Open the App Store, tap your profile, choose “Subscriptions,” then select Verve Health to cancel or switch plans. Your access remains until the current billing cycle ends.


What’s the best way to reach support?
Email founders@vervehealth.ai anytime. We reply within 24 hours on business days.


Do you offer refunds?
All billing runs through Apple. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and your access continues until the current period ends. If you’d like to request a refund, submit it through reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple’s refund form) and email founders@vervehealth.ai so we can add context to your case.


Why can’t I log in?
Make sure you’re using the same email you used during sign-up. If issues persist, email us with the device model and iOS version so we can troubleshoot quickly.


Is my data secure?
Yes—all data is stored on a protected server and access is granted only to the founders. You can request data deletion by emailing support and including the email tied to your account.
